2. Regulatory Disclosure & Operational Scope
All quantitative strategies, algorithmic execution feeds, and performance metrics displayed are subject to market volatility. Real-time market execution requires verified identity onboarding.
3. Account Security & Key Custody
Clients are sole custodians of their authentication credentials, 2FA keys, and withdrawal whitelist addresses. Metaforexai enforces end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption across all client sessions.
4. Prohibited Execution & Anti-Market Abuse
Algorithmic front-running, latency arbitrage exploiting system latency anomalies, or malicious API spamming is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All neural network weights, quant algorithms, order flow execution routing logic, and portal UI assets are proprietary property of Metaforexai Quantitative Ltd.
6. Limitation of Financial Liability
Metaforexai shall not be liable for unforeseen market outages, force majeure exchange halts, or internet latency delays outside segregated vault boundaries.
